Wine obtained from grapes harvested, destemming and selected manually, the berries were not crushed, maceration-fermentation in oak barrels of 400 l with natural yeasts. Matured in oak barrels for 24 months. Made with passion by a group of friends, completed by Laurent Pfeffer. A batch of 530 bottles, some "sacrificed" and bottled in magnum bottles.

It is a dark red purple wine, with a complex nose of black cherries and plum jam flavors, spicy notes of black pepper and fine notes of smoke and tobacco, that do not cover the fruit flavours. It has a very pleasant acidity which brings notes of ripe cherry jam, a well structured, full body wine, with well-expressed and integrated tannins, a pleasant taste of dried plum and dark chocolate. A sophisticated, complex wine, with an aging capacity of over 15 years, but even open now, will give you a extraordinary experience.
